Nick joined us in 2014 as a Project Management consultant bringing a range of experience from the UK Retail FMCG, Ecommerce and Automotive sectors. Now with 15 year’s experience as a strategic delivery professional, delivering technical programmes of work across the Banking and Financial Services sector.
Thriving in a fast-paced change environment, Nick has worked hard to develop a well-rounded skillset which spans Business Analysis, Project and Programme Management. We love the feedback we get from clients about his infectious, gregarious, and positive nature, which really shows in the morale and performance of the teams he has grown and managed throughout his career with us. Nick also has experience of being ‘dropped’ into interim SLT level Change and Operations roles within large organisations to stabilise, create and grow teams accordingly.
