Peter joined Prosperity 24.7 in January 2016, bringing a wealth of experience in project and programme delivery to the organisation. In March 2021, Peter was promoted to Associate Director - Strategy & Change and June 2023 to Director.
Thriving in challenging environments, Peter is able to support clients in maintaining focus to ensure quality deliverables and outputs, whilst building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. His client portfolio is diverse, having worked across multiple sectors including Finance, Retail, Technology & Communication, Public Sector, and Supply Chain amongst others.
Peter is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Prince2 and MSP Practitioner. He is able to utilise his varied skills and techniques to realise continued improvement to business processes and operations. Peter recognises that successful operations are not just driven through lean processes, but also through a strong focus on quality and an understanding of root causes.
Change is about making sure that everyone involved has the support, direction and motivation to achieve success. Peter has all the necessary skills and personal attributes to ensure that every team member and stakeholder has a chance of being able to positively influence the outcome.
