Richard joined Prosperity 24/7 in July 2015 having completed the FdSc IT for Business. Core competencies include:

This compliments Richard's Development foundation gained through achieving his BTEC National Diploma for I.T. Practitioners (Triple Distinction*) – subjects include advanced programming and networking.

Additionally Richard has earned the following certifications:

• CompTIA A+ Certified - maintenance of PCs, mobile devices, laptops, operating systems and printers.
• CompTIA Project+ Certified - managing and delivering a successful project
• ITIL Foundation - awareness of the key elements, concepts and terminology used in the ITIL service lifecycle, including the links between lifecycle stages, the processes used and their contribution to service management practices.
